EasyRoller Manufacturer
The EasyRoller was originally designed and engineered in Sweden by CFE Nordic in 2019 as a means of moving paper rolls in the Paper and Corrugating industries.
CFE Nordic had historically been a successful Distributor for the Nu-Star Power Pusher product range in the Nordic countries. During this period, they received enquiries for a smaller machine that was capable of use in the small space between paper rolls that were positioned next to one another and which had powered rollers to enable pushing paper rolls up onto the shuttle cart in corrugating plants.
This lead to the development of the battery powered EasyRoller which delivered the necessary functionality.
Both domestic and export sales of the EasyRoller grew rapidly over the following five years with a high level of repeat business from major international Paper and Cardboard manufacturers.
Late in 2024, Nu-Star purchased all rights to the EasyRoller product (including IP, stocks and customers) and serial manufacturing of the EasyRoller commenced from the UK factory at the start of June 2025.
Nu-Star Material Handling is a specialist UK Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) of pedestrian operated, battery powered electric tugs, widely known for the production of the Power Pusher®.
The EasyRoller is a robust, compact and powerful roll pusher which perfectly complements the Nu-Star product range of Power Pushers tugs and electric movers. All powered movers and battery pushers have the same objectives for our customers to increase productivity and improve workplace health and safety.
