The EasyRoller is a pedestrian-operated roll pusher designed to push cylindrical loads such as paper rolls and tissue reels up to 8,000 kg.

This powerful, compact roll pusher takes the strain out of moving rolls by hand, reducing Health and Safety risks in the workplace.

EasyRoller is operated by a single user in the following industrial applications:

  • Pushing paper rolls in paper mills
  • Pushing paper rolls onto shuttle carts in corrugator plants
  • Pushing loaded shuttle carts

The robust roller design features an ergonomic tiller head that can rotate 200° making this electric tug extremely versatile. This enables the roll pusher to be positioned and operate in between paper rolls, with the operator safely offset to one side.

Manual floor track? No problem. We can provide an add-on attachment that enables the EasyRoller to push the paper roll end-on and therefore move the shuttle cart into the production. All of our rollers and pushers are battery-powered and environmentally friendly.
